Until further notice to ensure the safety of all within our community, we will be prove the online access normally reserved for Dharma Center Members to ALL who wish to join us in meditation. Please visit the Class page for details about each session. With the support of our Members and those who pay tuition, we will continue to keep our physical location in San Diego so we can sit together in person. Please see our Calendar page or Classes page to see our class schedule. Click the class time on the Classes page to get the Zoom link to enter the meditation.
In person attendance is currently available on Thursdays and Saturdays. To attend in person, please arrive EARLY. The door will be shut once class begins. If you are late, you may join us online. Please allow plenty of time for parking. See our Contact page for directions and important details about our building.
All of our public classes & meditation sessions are Pay What You Wish Tuition.

To attend an online class, click the class time on the Classes page during one of the specified class times and follow the prompts. If you have never used Zoom before, it will install software on your device.
(Please also check to make sure your microphone is on MUTE after Zoom loads. Microphone icon should have red line through it. Thank you!)
If you have trouble signing onto Zoom, please double check the class time. The link will only work when there is a class scheduled.
