December 31, 2006 So another year has managed to slip by without more than the blink of enlightenment. The year's review takes me backwards into mind sets I no longer understand, parts of me that are no longer there. Apologies--I have a few. Will eternity listen? Dear God, Dear Goddess, Dear Enlighten One, Thank you for a year filled with moments of silence, beauty, battle, love, power, fear, anger and disillusion. It has been quite a year, perhaps the best roller coaster ride of my life. Thank you for being patient with me. I apologize for letting too many moments slip by unnoticed. My thoughts have drawn me into my own personal soap opera, a drama that wastes precious energy. I apologize for my petty nature which forgets that enlightenment is allwhere. If I would remember that simple fact, I would treat each moment as sacred, and each being as enlightenment.
